RDK Carrier

This is the RDK, a one handed opening IFAK pouch made for RSKTKR Medical.

The red pull handle can be used to rapidly "rip" the pouch open using one hand. The handle and body also feature corresponding hook and loop so that the pouch can be temporarily closed without manipulating the zippers.
